- Everytime i hit baraka's back 2 brutality the game desync's be it the first match or second. It's happened about 10 times now. Does that happen with anyone else or is it just the bad luck of the draw?

With Thalion recently stepping away from r/MortalKombat, it feels appropriate to give an introduction of your new lead administration and provide a brief "Kommunity Update". First, a familiar face of our kommunity, u/FanOfTheJoystick, joins our new lead administration team as head-mod. Fan has contributed to this subreddit for many years and there isn't much of what you see here that he hasn't already touched and added his creative input to. We're excited to see his imprint even more so in the coming months and years ahead! Secondly, we are thrilled that u/Lonerstamp is moving into an administrative role as well as he heads our growing partnered Discord community! As for myself, being new here I wanted to share what my involvement in the Mortal Kombat community has looked like. I come from Mortal Kombat Online, a fan site I co-founded 22 years ago, which to this day remains the longest running active news destination of the Mortal Kombat franchise. MKO is probably best known for its time covering the first at home Midway Games titles from the early 2000's, including Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance, Mortal Kombat Deception, & Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks. We continue to provide the latest news and discussion on MK11 and beyond but have also ventured into new territory this year with the introduction of our Fight Klub Beta. For those unaware, Fight Klub, a joint venture between MKO & this subreddit, is an entirely new way for Mortal Kombat 11 players to compete in ranked sets online with other members, with the ability to view and track stats and earn placement on our global leaderboards. We are very excited to finally expand its base here very soon by offering exclusive reddit user integration, with special flair and titles for participants. Fight Klub r/MortalKombat season support will be included as well. If you are interested in getting early access before this rolls out, consider joining the beta beforehand by creating an account on its website and then hopping into the #Fight-Klub channel on the MKO Discord. Any admin will be happy to give you access and provide setup instructions. We're also looking to add new moderators, which you can read more about in the other stickied post, but in the meantime, keep an eye out for future announcements! More community driven projects are currently being investigated and we are hoping to reveal more information soon! Our goal is to continue to find engaging and unique ways to make our subreddit's kommunity the best on the internet. | Why was Geras not the final boss of MK11? Posted: 24 Aug 2021 12:35 PM PDT I don't get it. He has a lot of "boss character" features and attributes, and yet he's just a high ranking lackey of a boring and non-intimidating villain. I mean, seriously, he has: -Intimidating/badass design -Intimidating/badass personality -Intimidating/badass voice and dialogue -Recognisable moves (Titan Tackle, Big Fist, Sand Trap) He's also the tallest character in the game. He's noticeably taller than actual boss characters like Shao Kahn, and other Shao Kahn sized characters like Kotal Kahn and Sheeva. You could say he's the modern equivalent to a sub-boss, but with the way he looks and behaves, it really doesn't feel that way, especially not with his voice and wise personality. His moveset is 100 times more creative and memorable than Kronika's "slapping you with magic and freezing you with floating orbs" playstyle. He also just looks better. I understand that they wanted to deviate from the "big muscular man" formula for MK boss characters but I don't see how "bald lady dressed like a human ps5" is any better. [link] [comments] | ||
