    There was a time we waited for skin packs with no communication at all on its progress.

    We are currently asking for updates on gameplay changes and people are even getting bored and dropping the game.

    Of course it's Quarantine times, but I'd rather hear "we are making progress" or "we haven't been able to focus on that but we hear you" instead of nothing

    Just say "We are making more for MK11" or "Progress has been slow due to current circumstances". That's it. That one thing to give people hope, it looks a lot better than dead silence. If you go silent for too long people will walk away.

    • Many issues were repeatedly brought up by players of all levels. Breakaway, jump ins, hit/hurtbox issues, KL flaws, etc. We do not expect miracles, just confirm that we've been heard and you are working on it.

    My thoughts on how NRS could improve community interaction

    • More polls. Polls are a great and easy way of collecting player feedback. You guys claim to "listen to fan feedback, daily." So frequent polls would be a great way of proving that! Simple one question Twitter polls that the official MK account posts, like "Are you satisfied with the Kombat League gameplay experience? If you voted No, comment below why!" would be great! Put out comprehensive surveys as well to gauge player feedback. These wouldn't have to be as frequent as the polls, they could be a seasonal thing.
    • Alright, this one might be a little out there.. but hire Red Raptor as a second community manager. Videos like these should be on the main Mortal Kombat YouTube channel. Very straight to the point with examples included. Like, what happened to the Kombat Class videos? They were great, informative videos character guides. Look at the Kombat Akademy website. Something like that should be a section on the Mortal Kombat website. Hiring someone who is clearly passionate for the game, good at the game, able to present themselves & their content professionally, and most important of all, resonate with the fans and decipher why we take issue with something would be a great step-up, since I believe most fans think Tyler doesn't fit those descriptions.
    • Acknowledge what we want in your communication. At the very least, we need a community manager who we can have a meaningful back-and-forth conversation, and not just get a robotic "We hear the feedback". For example, a WiFi filter in Kombat League has been a heavily requested feature. Why hasn't this been addressed? If we cannot get a WiFi filter, can you at least explain WHY the feature won't be added? (This kinda goes back to my point as to why we need polls; they need to see the numbers and know that we want this.) Being able to explain something to fans is key in a customer-facing role. Fans shouldn't feel like they are being ignored.
    • More "casual" Kombat Kasts. Tyler said we'd get another Kombat Kast soon.. in the Sheeva & RoboCop Kombat Kast two months ago. Maybe not every Kombat Kast needs to have brand spankin' new content to showcase. Talk to us about the state of development, like Mojang does with their "snapshots" on patches. Play Kombat League (and hopefully run into someone laggy so we can see them realize in real-time why we want lower decline threshold or a signal strength search filter lol). And again, acknowledge issues that the community wants addressed.

    I hope that was good. I would really like to see NRS address this one day.
