    I think Noob should have been the one to kill Hanzo Hasashi because it would have made his death sadder and more symbolic as the one mistake he could never correct has come back to haunt him. In a sense, it's the cycle of revenge having come full circle. Plus, there could have been some symbolism in the setting. In the past, Hanzo was the revenant and Bi-Han was the human but now it's been reversed. Plus there's also how they were in the Netherrealm. There could have also been a stark difference in which Noob loses against Hanzo but stabs him in the back like D'Vorah did, proving that unlike Hanzo, who beat him in a fight fair and square, Bi-Han is a coward.

    There's also how it could affect past Scorpion's decision to side against Kronika. He's finally seen where vengeance can lead him to and it leads to a fight between Scorpion and Noob. This time, Scorpion once again beats Bi-Han and has his life on his hands but doesn't kill him because he's finally understood how pointless vengeance truly is so he knocks him out instead.
